WELCOME to the little spot in cyberspace of Forrest City, AR High School's Class of 1957!
It has been 50 years since our high school graduation! A class reunion was held on October 12th and 13th, 2007, and a great time was had by all. As always, the Reunion Committee did a great job of planning the location, entertainment, meals and decorations for the festivities. Also, Dr. King Lee expended much time and effort in photographing class members on three occasions, and thanks to him and Ping for assembling the photos, burning them to a DVD and mailing them to the classmates who attended the reunion.
The Reunion Committee has set the date of October 12th and 13th, 2012 for our next class reunion.
Some members of the Class of '57 wanted this site to be revived, and for news, memories and milestones to be posted.

mollyj77Got word from David Tyson that his kidney transplant has been moved to at least Jan. as he has just spent 2 weeks in the hospital. Wally Jones is Going in Nov. 6 th for back surgery, I believe its his 3 rd. Bryan
Hey, Mustangs! Helen Ruth and I had a great time at the reunion. I hope we can all make the next one. Good to see all of you. We are looking forward to retirement and moving back to FC before too terribly long. Helen Ruth is there this week getting some work done on the old homestead up on Summitt. Once that is all completed, we are moving back permanently--probably in 2010. I'd like to hang onto my job at Southeast Missouri State U in Cape Girardeau so I can pay the contractors at least part of what I owe them! :-)

Kudos to Patricia for all her efforts in keeping us "connected".
The 50th was super.....great to see all of you! To those missing out, pls plan to attend the 55th. Let's make it a point to "buddy up" with a missing classmate and encourage them to attend the next one.
A bundle of thanks to our ever-faithful Reunion Committee for working so diligently on so-o-o-o many details to insure the rest of us a grand time. Stuart and Helen Ruth will be back to FC in time to jump aboard for the 2012 reunion!
If any of you had problems viewing the photos on the the DVD, let us know and I'll forward some tips that might be helpful.
